Sharing files with Prose
Prose allows you to upload any kind of file (images, videos, folder archives, etc.) to all types of rooms (DMs, public channels, private groups).
Files can be uploaded in many different ways:
You can click on the Send Files button and pick the files you want to upload from your file explorer.
You can simply drag and drop the files you want to send to the Prose conversation.
Have many files to send at the same time? Prose can send them all in a single shot for you!
The file upload size limit is set by your server administrator. If it is too low and you need to send larger files, ask your server administrator to increase those limits.
To upload a file, click on the Send Files button:
Once uploaded, your file will appear in the conversation (images appear with a preview):
Once expanded, you see the full image file and you are able to download it in a snap:
