How can I change my name?

Your name is visible to all your team members. In a workspace environment, the name set in your profile should be your real name. You can easily change your name from your Profile settings.


Change Your Name


You can easily change your name as such:


  1. Open the Profile editor (in the bottom left menu bar).
  2. In Identity, change your name.


In case you want your messages to appear as sent from another name as your main name, you can also configure an optional display name in the "Display name" section.


Changing your first name, last name and display name can be done from your Profile settings


Where is my Name Visible?


Your name will be visible to other users in the following places:


  • The messages you send.
  • Your profile information.
