Configure which hours and days you want to receive notifications
Prose honors your off hours by muting notifications sent to you when you are not working. By default, notifications are sent during typical office hours. If your work schedule is different from a regular work day, Prose lets you customize which hours and days you want to get notified of new messages.
To access your notification settings:
Open your Account settings (in the bottom left menu bar).
In Notifications, look for the Configuration section.
Note that if you receive a message during the silent hours or days, you will not receive a push notification or hear a sound. However, the unread count on your app icon will still increase (eg. in the Dock on macOS).

You can choose whether to get notified during week days (from Monday to Friday), or on any day of the week (including Saturday and Sunday).

You can choose from which hour to which hour to get notified. This should correspond to your office hours.
The time range should be "From time" to "To time". The "To time" should be greater than the "From time". The Prose app will not let you choose an invalid time range.
